A. The Board needs to consider contracting with Mevert Professional Associates for Health Life Safety
proposals.

8. New Business

A. The Board needs to consider adopting a Prevailing Wage Ordinance.

B. The Board needs to consider appointing Mike Nettemeier as District Treasurer.

C. Maintenance Report.

D. The Board needs to amend the calendar for the 2007-2008 School Year.

E. The Board needs to consider setting registration fees for the 2008-2009 school year.

F. The Board needs to adopt a 403b plan on behalf of the district as required by the IRS.

G. The Board needs to consider the following resignations:

Patricia Riegel, Title I Teacher.

Deb Lyons, Special Education Teacher.

Margie McQuade , Bookkeeper.

Brenda Richter , Softball Coach.

H. The Board needs to conduct the first reading of school policy updates:

2:220-E2, 2:220-E3, 2:220-E4, 2:220-E5, 2:220-E6, 4:150, 5:190, 6:50, 6:30, 6:90, 6:210, 7:100, 7:190, 8:30, 8:40.

•  The Board needs to enter into closed session to discuss matters of personnel.

•  The Board needs to appoint a designated member to the KSED Governing Board.

•  The Board needs to consider revisions to the athletic rules.
